No Parking

The weekend was skated away with a few minor pitstops on the way. Very few people will understand the importance of this post. Friday nights at leedy are now lacking skateboarders and gaining bike riders (apperntely bike riders get thursday nights to themselves now.. what about skateboarders?) With little money left over on saturday night we decided to chill leedy.. once again. Pitstop number one was to pick up Stephen from Hillarys' Boat Harbour, once entering the carpark we THEN realised that police were doing breathalising.. oh shit. Sunday came around and again for the third time leedy was on the agenda but once we arrived we all thought maybe we were getting sick of the place so decided to skate street. After a few slams with Gangsta falling down the gap and hammers layed we headed back up to Wellington Street and came across the future Woolstores. By then stomaches were making weird sounds but the pockets weren't full of money so we found this restaurant that let you eat all you want for whatever you wish to pay eg. 5 cents! .. by the way the location of this shop will not be commented on. Tired and skated out heading home was the only option. To leave you with a thinking brain.. "Have you ever seen a baby crow? I've never seen one" - Steve "I believe that magpies somehow morph into crows" - Gangsta.

Comfortable Shoes

Late nights, long weekends, tired people but great memories.
Friday night took it's toll on people leaving almost a few broken bones.
Saturday was an interesting one with the Gosnells compititon part of the Summer Skate Series 08-09. After about an hour or so of following Adam-O to his house (to change his shoes) and to Gosnells we were wondering why we were following someone who was known for getting lost. There appeared to be an extra-terrestrial at the event.. also known as Dylan under the influence. The day ended with happy kiddies and angry bmxers.
Saturday night was insane.. enough said.
Then sunday came.

Nine lives comp bought with it hammers and the most insane day of skating i've seen for a long time. Most will remember Harry Clarkes nollie big spin to tail revert out.

Now it's time to sleep it off..
